Once you place an order the Fashion Nova team will start working on your order. In this window, you can cancel your order. Since Fashion Nova doesn’t give you any option to cancel the order. However, to do that you have to contact their support team.
You are also welcome to return your items in accordance with the easy returns policy once your order has been delivered to you.
How to Return Fashion Nova Purchases?
- You’re going to start off by going to the Fashion Nova website.
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom where it says easy returns.
Now the online return policy reads that if you’re not happy with your purchase and you like to return your items. Then you can send it back to the distribution center. It goes over some more information like as far as what can be sent back. These items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. It must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Once you went through the policy scroll all the way down to where it says Returns by Mail.
- You have to complete the returns request form including your original packaging. So go ahead and download and print the form.
- It should be filled with your name, order number, address, a telephone number, and then on the side, you put the description of the article of clothing.
- Then there’s a little code at the bottom as to why you didn’t want it and then you see the address that you send it.
They recommend that you send it back through USPS. Also down at the bottom, note all returned shipping charges must be prepaid. They do not accept COD.
- That’s how it works. They give you a Fashion Nova gift card and they say that they will process it and take up to five to seven business days. Your E gift card will be sent to your email address.
